We provide programs in youth development, violence prevention, and mentorship to empower young people and build safer communities. Our initiatives offer creative outlets and academic support to prepare youth for success. Through trauma-informed care, conflict resolution, peacebuilding, safe spaces, and community engagement, we address the root causes of violence. Mentorship is central to our mission, offering personalized guidance, group support, and professional connections to inspire confidence and growth.
STEM Exploration, Arts, Creative Expression & Life Skills
Our STEM, Arts, and Life Skills programs empower youth to thrive by building technical, creative, and practical abilities. Through hands-on STEM activities, participants gain critical problem-solving skills and explore career pathways. Arts programs foster self-expression, confidence, and emotional well-being through mediums like music, theater, and digital media. Life skills training equips youth with tools for independence and resilience, including financial literacy, time management, and healthy relationships.

Tonie Robinson-Sims
Tonie Robinson-Sims is a proud mother and bonus mom to six, devoted wife, and the First Lady of her church. With over 20 years in the childcare industry and 12 years as the owner of a successful childcare center, Tonie has dedicated her career to nurturing and educating young minds. Born and raised in the heart of Chicago, she is deeply rooted in the Chicagoland community, where she serves as a mentor, friend, and support to many. Tonie's journey embodies her passion for family, faith, and entrepreneurship, as she continues to inspire others with her warmth, wisdom, and commitment to community.
